** Options available to train alongside a friend or small group to split the cost

** Please note you will only have access to the Coaching App if you choose a monthly direct debit option or the block of 40 sessions up front.

** Block bookings of 10 & 40 will have an expiry date of which you will be informed at the start of your sessions.

INTENSE 16 WEEK
TRANSFORMATION

Not for the faint hearted! Big goals need a big investment.

 

Ready to commit, sacrifice and make life long changes to your health and fitness?

​

  • Everything included in Performance Premium.

  • Daily contact via WhatsApp for guidance on nutrition & training.

  • Daily / weekly adjustments to nutrition intake to prevent plateaus

  • The first 4 weeks will be spent prioritising your health by optimising your gut, energy levels and sleep while building a strong foundation in training.

  • You will be required to send multiple training videos per week so i can assess your technique.

  • You will train 4-8 times per week. 40-60 minute sessions. 3-4 strength sessions depending on your goals and schedule for maximal results. The rest will be made of cardio, the type depends on your abilities and training status.

  • Its is important you follow the training, nutrition and supplementation exactly as it written with zero to very minimal alcohol consumption for the 16 week period.
